Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company relating to the use of the Site.
2. The Privacy Policy and any other rules regarding use that the Company posts on the Site form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Content of the Site)

1. The Site provides content such as the true feelings diagnosis (full diagnosis and quick diagnosis), explanations of the true feelings types, and columns, free of charge.
2. Diagnosis results show tendencies in a User's feelings and ways of thinking based on their answers. They are content for self-understanding and are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis, counseling, or other professional advice.
3. The Site does not recommend or solicit any particular relationship, encounter, or action. How Users interpret their diagnosis results and how they act on them is at their own discretion and responsibility.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)

1. The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over.
2. Users shall answer based on their own feelings, about themselves.

Article 4 (Email Addresses and News Emails)

1. Entering an email address at the end of the diagnosis is optional. If you enter one, please accurately enter an email address at which you yourself can receive email.
2. We will send your diagnosis result to the email address entered. If you choose to receive news emails, the 36.5° editorial team will also send you news such as new columns, diagnosis updates, and information about services operated by us such as Peony.
3. You can stop receiving news emails at any time by following the instructions in the email.
4. User information, including email addresses, is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Diagnosis Result URLs)

1. A diagnosis result page can only be opened by people who know its URL. Users are responsible for managing their own URLs.
2. The Company is not responsible for any matters arising from a User sharing their result URL with others. Please take sufficient care in choosing whom to share it with.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Site, Users must not engage in the following acts.

1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
2. Impersonating another person, such as by entering someone else's email address
3. Placing an excessive load on the Site's servers or network, accessing them without authorization, or accessing or submitting in large volumes by automated means
4. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or selling the Site's questions, diagnosis mechanism, text, images, and the like beyond the scope of private use
5. Acts that infringe the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or third parties
6. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site
7. Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, illustrations, type names, questions, diagnosis mechanism, and other content posted on the Site belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holders.
2. Users may personally share their own diagnosis results on social media and elsewhere, using the Site's sharing features, screenshots, and the like.

Article 8 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Site)

The Company may change the content of the Site, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to Users. The Company is not liable for any damage incurred by Users as a result, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of diagnosis results or any other content of the Site.
2. The Company is not liable for any damage incurred by Users through the use of the Site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
3. The Company is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site.

Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. When we do, we will notify Users by posting the revised content and its effective date on the Site. If you use the Site on or after the effective date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. If any dispute arises in connection with the Site, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
